Turfcare completed the oval construction for Bannockburn P-12 College’s main oval and soccer pitch. Our team completed the project working within a very tight timeframe of just 9.5 working days!

This oval construction involved transforming a paddock into a junior soccer pitch and 1.7 hectare AFL oval – a project that would usually take more than 20 weeks to complete.

Our experienced team oversaw all aspects of the oval construction and soccer pitch, including:

• bringing in pH-balanced soil
• applying and rotavating amendments into the soil
• installing irrigation, Mego-Flow drainage and a gravel drainage blanket
• a specified sand profile
• laser levelling
• laying 23,800m² of Kikuyu instant turf
• installing coaches boxes
• installing AFL and soccer goals
• a three-month maintenance plan.
